Narrow Aisle Important Components Carriage & Reach Assembly
Both the carriage and reach assembly on a narrow aisle truck will go through considerable amounts of stress in a full shift. The high durability of these components is completely required so as to assure that the truck maintains high productivity levels. Yale reach mechanisms are specifically made using heavy-duty components in order to extend the component's long life and total durability. For further strength, the reach assembly is cushioned at the end of the stroke. This design feature helps to maintain operator ergonomics and provide excellent durability. Excellent visibility is maintained by the open carriage design which provides optimal house routing.
Reach Assembly Rear Carrier:
To be able to force rigidity and durability by resisting side to side forces, the reach assembly rear carrier is mounted on angled load rollers. The inner frame assembly offers a stronger inner frame. This design is made to withstand vibration and shocks in handling loads. There are numerous thick inner frame side weldments especially constructed for added durability.
